I had a decent stay while exploring local attractions nearby. The staff was really helpful and made checking in easy. The King room I stayed in was cozy and offered a pleasant view of the greenery. I was a bit disappointed with the limited breakfast options provided during my stay. It was a good short visit, and I appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere.

Liked our well furnished and neat rooms, plus the staff was outstandingly accommodating! Unbeatable very central location very close to greenery as well as family friendly activities.

We didn't like that there was lift missing.

Had comfortable stay for 3 nights, the staff were excellent, location was absolutely perfect to shopping dining...

Hotel was not busy and ran out of pillows, Mold on bathroom walls and sheets did not feel clean I have stayed here before for other events and you get what you pay for

Convenience and value. Clean rooms and relatively quiet.

Wanted No Smoking Room but was unavailable. However, the smoking room was not as bad as I expected; relatively odorless.

Good place with free Wi-Fi, pets allowed, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a better taxi during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas!

The price, the location, smoking rooms.

This hotel met my requirements in every way, can recommend. The venue was a good base for enjoying a secure area, just next door to stores, greenery all around and birds and wildlife Doing as well as fishing outside the door, and fishing outside the door. The location was comfortable - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Also, New Covenant Fellowship was 3 miles away.

Some people working there were unprofessional.

The king-sized bed was super comfy, and the tv was larger than I expected. But the overall room vibe was pretty standard-nothing too special. It was alright for a few nights, but could use a bit of an upgrade. A more refreshing decor would definitely help.

The size of the room was nice. They gave a discount due to the poor conditions and allowed us a late checkout.

The hotel and room were dirty, hair, dirt, food debris on the floors. The jacuzzi tub had black mold and did not work to boot. Our phone did not work, the wi-fi also did not work. Staff was unprofessional and remained on a personal phone call for five minutes while I waited at the desk for assistance and then did not have the capability to assist me. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke. We were not pleased with our experience at all.

The location was great, just a hop away from places like the Seabreeze Amusement Park, which the kids loved. There was convenient parking, and the area offered various dining options. The staff was eager to help us whenever needed.

In my kid's opinion, the breakfast could use some variety to keep things interesting for families. More options would make mornings less repetitive for kids!
